Who we are
About Us
Leatherman Landscaping is a small and specialized company
focusing on
creative landscape design and installation. With more than 50 years in
the landscaping business, we serve residential and commercial clients
throughout the mid-Shore region, including scores of properties in and
around Grasonville, Centreville, Easton, Royal Oak, St. Michaels,
Bozman, Wittman, Oxford, Trappe and Cambridge.
Enhancing the appearance of a property, no matter how large or small,
can mean striking the perfect balance between aesthetics and
functionality, privacy and accessibility while maintaining its
environmental integrity.
On the Eastern Shore, this requires an extensive knowledge of the
horticulture particular to our area and to wetlands preservation
requirements. Leatherman Landscaping was one of the first full-scale
landscaping services in this area, and we have developed our own
special treatments and mixes for fertilization and for root and color
optimization. Many of our customers have found these very beneficial
for protecting their investment in the beautification of their property.
When you retain Leatherman Landscaping, you enjoy personalized service
throughout the process - project design, plant selection, purchase and
installation, maintenance recommendations and care. Unlike a larger
company, which might assign a foreman or project manager to your
account, at Leatherman Landscaping, we work closely with you during the
design phase, giving you choices that will factor in your desire for a
beautiful and well-executed plan at a reasonable cost. We are on-site
throughout the course of the project, and we are actively engaged in
every phase.

Leatherman Landscaping provides the full range of maintenance services to ensure that your trees and shrubs are protected, your flower beds are properly cared for, and that the exterior appearance of your house looks as inviting and well-kept as the interior.
Maintenance work is provided on a one-time basis,regular schedule or according to customer preference:
